Technician - Hydraulic

About this jobJob summary Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems used in commercial vehicles, including electric commercial vehicles and tipper applications. You should have hands-on experience with hydraulic circuits, pumps, cylinders, valves and hoses. Key responsibilities - Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures in commercial vehicles and tippers - Inspect, repair and maintain pumps, cylinders, control valves, hoses, fittings and power packs - Read hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical drawings - Identify oil leakage, pressure loss, abnormal noise and performance issues - Do preventive and corrective maintenance - Do pressure testing, calibration and functional testing after repairs - Support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of hydraulic equipment - Maintain service reports, repair records and spare parts requirements - Follow safety procedures with high-pressure systems - Coordinate with Service and Technical Support teams to resolve field issues Requirements - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or a related technical trade - 1-5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic system maintenance and repair - Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses and pressure systems - Can understand hydraulic circuit diagrams and use diagnostic tools - Experience with commercial vehicles, tippers, construction equipment or automotive hydraulics is preferred - Knowledge of preventive maintenance and root cause analysis - Willing to travel to customer locations when required Salary budget: 3-4 LPA CTC (about 25,000-33,000 per month) Work location: Delhi About Euler Motors Euler Motors is a fast-growing Indian electric vehicle OEM building high-performance three-wheeler EVs for last-mile logistics.
