Your workSource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, databases, and referrals.Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for domestic and US-based positions.Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and timely follow-ups.Coordinate with hiring managers and clients throughout the recruitment process.Ensure timely submissions and support successful offer closures.For US recruitment, familiarity with US job markets, time zones, employment types, and recruitment terminology is preferred.
