Product Support Engineer (PSE)

About this jobRole overview The Product Support Engineer (PSE) is responsible for field service performance, technical issue resolution, root cause analysis and uptime improvement. You act as the bridge between mechanics, customers and the R&D team. Key responsibilities - Manage customer complaints end to end, including allocation, data tracking and TAT adherence - Do root cause analysis (RCA) for major and critical breakdowns - Help mechanics resolve service complaints during field visits and give technical guidance - Do regular field audits and send field failure analysis reports to HO/R&D - Be the link between field mechanics and the R&D team for fast, accurate feedback - Ensure timely preventive maintenance (PM) services and improve vehicle uptime - Implement engineering changes (ECNs/ECRs) from R&D across field vehicles - Train and upskill mechanics on product knowledge, diagnostics and service procedures - Monitor and improve mechanic productivity with process discipline and performance tracking Eligibility - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering or a related field (B.Tech preferred) - 1-3 years of automobile experience, EV domain preferred - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for on-field technical issues - Good understanding of vehicle systems, failures and service processes - Can do RCA and prepare technical reports - Strong communication and customer-handling skills - Willing to travel extensively in the field Why join Euler Motors - Work closely with the leadership team and founding members - Collaborative culture with growth and learning opportunities - A high-growth EV OEM building next-generation mobility solutions Salary budget: 5-7 LPA CTC (about 42,000-58,000 per month) Work location: Kochi About Euler Motors Euler Motors is a fast-growing Indian electric vehicle OEM, founded in 2018, building "computers on wheels" for last-mile logistics.
