The routine
- Search the company name online. Does it have a real website and address?
- Look at how they contact you. Official emails usually come from the company domain.
- Check whether they ask for money. Real employers do not.
- Ask for a written offer with pay, location and joining date.
- Call the company's own number from its website, not the number in the message.
