The terms
- CTC: total cost to the company. It includes employer contributions and may be higher than what you receive.
- In-hand: the amount credited to your bank after deductions.
- Incentive: extra pay linked to targets. Ask if it is guaranteed.
- Per-delivery pay: you earn per order. Ask about fuel, phone data and vehicle costs, which may be yours.
