Inbound Executive – Warehouse

About this jobVutto (Fitstok Trading Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring for its Warehouse Operations team in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: • Receive and verify all incoming spare parts against vendor invoices and purchase orders. • Complete Goods Receipt Note (GRN) on the same day of material receipt. • Verify invoice number, part number, quantity, description, and unit cost before GRN posting. • Ensure invoice cost matches the GRN cost and validate all entries for accuracy. • Coordinate with the Quality Check (QC) team to ensure timely inspection of received parts. • Store approved parts in designated warehouse locations immediately after GRN approval. • Identify and report discrepancies in quantity, quality, pricing, or documentation through the GRN Dispute process. • Coordinate with Procurement and Team Lead for issue resolution and vendor follow-up. • Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with warehouse SOPs and safety standards. Location: Gurugram (work from office) Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Experience: 1–2 years
