Data Analyst – Control Tower

About this jobVutto (Fitstok Trading Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring for its Warehouse Operations team in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: • Monitor daily refurbishment operations across workshops and ensure vehicles are completed on time. • Track the end-to-end refurbishment process: receiving, job cards, repair, parts availability, QC, and delivery. • Maintain vehicle-wise trackers for current status, pending activities, and expected completion. • Monitor refurbishment TAT and identify delays at each stage. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards on refurbishment performance. • Track pending vehicles, ageing, and stage-wise bottlenecks; highlight delays to workshop and operations teams. • Track spare-parts requirements, availability, procurement status, and their impact on TAT. • Monitor technician productivity, manpower utilization, workshop capacity, and vehicle throughput. • Track QC rejection rates, rework cases, and repeat repairs; analyse repair costs and parts consumption. • Keep vehicle status and data updated in IMS, AppSheet, Google Sheets, and other internal systems. • Build automated reports and dashboards to reduce manual reporting. • Support management in capacity planning, operational reviews, and data-driven decisions.
