Account Executive – Vendor Payments

About this jobVutto (Fitstok Trading Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring for its Warehouse Operations team in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: • Reconcile all vendor invoices on the same day of receipt. • Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and approved part costs. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in part costs, quantities, discounts, and invoice amounts before payment. • Process and monitor vendor payments through petty cash, prepaid, and postpaid payment methods. • Maintain vendor-wise payment records, outstanding balances, and payment due dates. • Maintain daily and monthly accounting records for all procurement transactions. • Track and update Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions and Credit Notes (CN) and follow up until closed. • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve invoice and GRN discrepancies. • Prepare daily and monthly reports on reconciliation, vendor payments, outstanding balances, and pending claims. • Ensure timely completion of monthly vendor account reconciliation.
