Performance Marketing Lead – PPC

What you will do • Lead, manage and mentor a team of PPC specialists • Drive ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube and Amazon Ads • Build scalable eCommerce funnels with precise targeting and AI-powered optimisation • Test the latest AI campaign tools: predictive targeting, automated bidding, AI creatives, advanced attribution • Analyse ROAS, CTR, CPC and CPA and share growth insights • Work with creative and content teams on AI-optimised ad copy, visuals and UGC-style assets • Present campaign results and growth plans to the CEO and clients Who can apply • 5+ years of PPC experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role • Track record of scaling eCommerce brands (D2C, Shopify, Amazon etc.) • Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and remarketing funnels • Hands-on with AI marketing tools (automation, predictive analytics, AI ad creatives) • Strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications are a plus Location: Hyderabad (on-site), full time Salary: to be updated by the company
