AI Growth Strategist

About this jobBrilliant Brains is looking for AI Growth Strategists who will own assigned client accounts and drive measurable growth across performance marketing, analytics, conversion optimisation, CRM and AI automation. What you will do • Own assigned client accounts and their overall growth strategy • Plan, manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Analyse daily, weekly and monthly campaign and business performance • Find performance gaps, lead/revenue leakage and growth opportunities • Build week-on-week and month-on-month growth plans from data • Review website and landing-page performance and suggest conversion improvements • Work with GA4, Looker Studio, tracking systems and dashboards • Spot opportunities for CRM, WhatsApp and AI-powered automation • Run client meetings and present performance, insights and recommendations • Work with Performance Marketing, Creative, Website and AI teams Who can apply • 3–5 years in performance, growth or digital marketing (or similar) • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can link marketing data to business outcomes • Experience managing client accounts and talking directly to clients • Good understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation and revenue growth • Good to have: E-commerce/D2C, healthcare/lead gen, Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio, CRM, WhatsApp automation, AI marketing tools Location: Hyderabad (on-site), full time Salary: to be updated by the company
