About this jobBrilliant Brains builds AI-powered growth systems for clients and is looking for a GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist who loves workflows, integrations and scalable automation. What you will do • Build, customise and optimise GoHighLevel CRM setups • Design advanced automation workflows (lead capture → nurture → sales → retention) • Build Zapier and n8n automations for cross-platform integrations • Use Apollo.io for lead generation • Set up pipelines, triggers, tags, custom fields and smart routing • Integrate Meta Ads, Google, WhatsApp, calendars, payment gateways, CRMs and SaaS apps • Debug, optimise and scale automations for high-volume leads • Work closely with performance, sales and strategy teams Who can apply • Proven expertise in Zapier automations • Working knowledge of n8n (advanced automation preferred) • Understanding of CRM logic, webhooks, APIs and conditional flows • Clear documentation and clean execution Location: Hyderabad (on-site), full time Salary: to be updated by the company
