Team Lead – Warehouse Operations

About this jobVutto (Fitstok Trading Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring for its Warehouse Operations team in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. • Monitor daily operational KPIs and drive performance against defined targets. • Plan and allocate daily tasks based on business priorities and workload. • Supervise refurb functions, including vehicle output, Quality Check (QC), vehicle movement, and manpower handling. • Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, QC, Spare Team, and Warehouse Management for seamless operations. • Enforce 100% adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines. • Review and resolve operational issues, manpower shortages, and warehouse bottlenecks. • Share Daily Operations Reports and key performance updates with management. • Train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members to improve productivity, quality, and safety. • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels. • Ensure housekeeping, storage discipline, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Location: Gurugram (work from office) Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Experience: 4–5 years
