Procurement Executive – Spare Parts

About this jobVutto (Fitstok Trading Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring for its Warehouse Operations team in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: • Source spare parts from approved vendors while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. • Create and update all Market Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in the application. • Complete the Invoice Delivery Form immediately after receipt of materials. • Coordinate with vendors, the warehouse, and accounts to ensure timely invoice processing and payment. • Process all Return to Vendor (RTV) cases promptly and track them until closure. • Obtain replacement parts or Credit Notes (CN) from suppliers before closing RTV cases. • Maintain vendor communication for order follow-up, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, and company SOPs. • Support cost optimization by identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating competitive pricing. Location: Gurugram (work from office) Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Experience: 1–2 years
