Outbound Executive – Warehouse

About this jobVutto (Fitstok Trading Services Pvt Ltd) is hiring for its Warehouse Operations team in Gurugram. Key responsibilities: • Issue spare parts against approved job cards accurately and on time. • Complete stock-out transactions within the defined turnaround time. • Update all stock-out transactions in the inventory system immediately. • Process returned spare parts by inspecting condition, verifying packaging, and recording the correct return reason. • Ensure all accepted returns are updated accurately in the system. • Provide real-time spare parts availability updates to the Refurbishment Team. • Coordinate with technicians and notify them immediately when backordered parts become available. • Maintain inventory accuracy by following proper stock movement and documentation procedures. • Support cycle counts, stock audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory discrepancies. Location: Gurugram (work from office) Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Experience: 1–2 years
