Strategic Growth Manager (AI Sales, Lead Generation & Client Acquisition)

We want someone who creates opportunities through outbound sales and AI prospecting and closes high-value clients. What you will do • Generate quality leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, email outreach, WhatsApp and AI prospecting tools • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (outbound and inbound) • Run discovery calls, consultative sales meetings and business presentations • Create pitch decks, proposals, growth strategies and commercial presentations • Present Brilliant Brains' AI growth solutions to founders, CXOs and business leaders • Own the process from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closure • Maintain CRM, forecasts, pipeline reports and follow-ups • Find partnerships, referral opportunities and new business channels • Target: close at least 3 new clients every month Who can apply • 3–7 years in business development, growth or B2B sales • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io • Experience with AI prospecting tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar) is highly desirable • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and storytelling skills • Confident with founders, CEOs, CMOs and senior decision-makers • Bonus: selling digital marketing, SaaS, AI or consulting services; HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive Location: Hyderabad (on-site), full time.
