Your workDaily Work Responsibilities – Delivery Agent Hiring Telecaller1. Make outbound calls to candidates from the Excel database provided by the company.2. Explain delivery rider job opportunities available with Amazon, Flipkart, and other delivery companies.3. Inform candidates about job location, salary, incentives, working hours, and eligibility criteria.4. Identify interested candidates and verify their basic details.5. Collect candidate information such as name, mobile number, location, age, and delivery experience.6. Explain the required documents, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence, and bank details.7. Follow up with interested candidates and motivate them to complete the joining process.8. Update daily calling status, candidate responses, and follow-up details in the Excel sheet.9. Share shortlisted and interested candidates' details with the recruitment team.10. Achieve daily calling and candidate-conversion targets.Expected Daily Target:- 120 to 180 outbound calls per day.- 10–20 interested candidates per day.- Maintain accurate candidate records in Excel.- Regular follow-ups until successful joining.Job Type: Work From Home – Freelance / Part-Time / Full-Time Telecaller.
