1. Who can use HireHo
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract in India. Give true information. One mobile number, one candidate profile.
2. What HireHo is
HireHo is a job portal that connects job seekers and employers. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency, and we do not promise any job, interview or hire. At this stage HireHo is free for candidates and employers. If we start charging, we will tell you first and it will apply only to new activity.
3. Candidates
Do not use another person's number or details. Keep your profile correct. Never pay anyone to get a job found on HireHo. If someone asks you for money, report it to connect@hireho.in.
4. Employers
Post only real jobs you are allowed to fill. Do not charge candidates. Do not post content that discriminates. We review every job before it goes live and can reject or remove any job. Daily limits apply to profile views and interview requests. You are responsible for what your team members do.
5. Referrals
A referral is a recommendation, not a contract. We may cancel referrals that look fake or abusive. Rules for any rewards will be shown in the app before they start.
6. Not allowed
Fake profiles or jobs; harassment; scraping or bulk copying; trying to break or overload the service; sharing candidate data outside HireHo; illegal or offensive content; using HireHo to sell products or to collect money.
7. Your content
You own what you upload. You allow us to store it and show it to others as described in the Privacy Policy, only to run HireHo.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or the law.
9. Our responsibility
We try to keep HireHo running but cannot promise it will never be down. We are not responsible for what employers or candidates say or do, for the accuracy of jobs or profiles, or for hiring decisions. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, which is Rs 0 while HireHo is free.
10. Law
Indian law applies. Courts at Gurugram have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have by law.
